Artificial leather made from Kaumera. A way to make water purification profitable and reduce the strain on the environment from the leather industry. TU Delft's student team Waterskins won a European award with this concept.
In the finals of the BISC-E competition, organized by the Biobased Industries Consortium, the Waterskins project received the highest rating.
